When the East-West trend started happening in rings, I wasn't sure I would like it. But then I tried a modest size EW pear ring from Berricle, and found it wonderful and refreshing, and flattering on my hand. As a Jewelry Diva and lover of the big stones, I had to try this one. Must say, I totally agree with the other reviewers about the beauty and perfection of this ring. I already had a selection of eternity rings from Berricle, and slipped on these bezel set pear ones (R1705-01). I love the combo, the wider bands look great with the showcase stone and give a total WOW effect. That said, this ring is a dazzler all on its own, with the beauty and purity of the setting and stone cut. Exceptional ring!!
The center oval in this ring is gorgeous. The east-west placement adds a modern twist to the classic solitaire design. I think this ring also has excellent finger coverage. I'm wearing size 5 in case anyone is curious what this ring looks like on smaller fingers.

The east west oval is unique and timeless. Do not be afraid of the stone looking fake. Berricle's stones are much better than a regular store bought cz. The stones can pass for real easily to the naked eye. It sits high up so you can choose almost any band. My finger measures a 5.25 so I ordered the 5.5. I am also going to order the 6. For a backup. When you stack rings together order up a half size so the stack is not tight on your finger.
This ring was delivered today and let me tell you, I am over the moon for it! Pretty doesn't explain it enough. It sits up nice and high. Stone clarity is superb. Metal is beautiful .. nice band. Love it! I actually purchased another Berricle ring a few days after I ordered this one and I told myself that I would keep the one I liked better. Ha! I'm not returning this and I'm hoping I love the second ring as much. Just beautiful!
I love the simplicity and the sophistication of this east west design. I thought 5.5 carats would be garish, so I hesitated about ordering this. It is over the top, but in a good way. Obviously a stone of this size would be over 50k but in CZ form, it is affordable and the most beautiful ring I could imagine.

The craftsmanship is beautiful. The stone facets are perfect. I ordered one for myself - when my best friend tried it on, it was ‘love at first sight’, so I ordered one for her. This ring is big without being gaudy. An absolute essential for any diva!
The ring is beautiful. I ordered a size eight and sadly it is larger than any of my other size eight rings. Perhaps they should offer sizing in millimeters instead of the “place your ring over the picture” type sizing.
OMG! I took this ring out of the box and had to sit down, wow it is beyond beautiful, the sparkle is off the scale but not fake looking. The setting is just perfect well made, having the stone east to west is such a great idea with this size of stone so Classy I have paired it with my diamond channel set wedding bands and they sit with it perfectly. If you are not sure about a big ring don’t be this does not sit too long down the finger only takes as much room as a 3 stone ring
