I've loved Berricle for years, since it was called NewOutlet. I've spent over $1,000 and acquired some really lovely pieces of jewelry here. However, I've noticed the quality of the jewelry and the designs have gone downhill over the past few years. And now that I have to pay to return a subpar ring, I'll shop elsewhere. I don't make frequent returns. Over the past 20 yrs I've probably made 3. This shade of purple cz (maybe Swarovski, I think), is exquisite. I have a pair of stud earrings that are the same color and they're gorgeous. I know what this color is supposed to look like. The ring I received has some odd defect that causes it to be half blacked-out in most lighting. This is the kind of thing one experiences when buying natural stones, poorly cut natural stones. It does not have the brilliant play of lilac, fuschia & purple seen in the other reviews & on the product page. I contacted customer service, sent photos of the problem, & apparently, after a thorough analysis, Berricle decided the ring is "consistent with the intended design of this style", which means I will only get a partial refund. Is the ring expensive? No. Is the issue truly $5 lost? No. Is this the smart way to handle repeat customers? Also, no.

Beautiful ring!! The stones are brilliant! They look like real diamonds. And what a shine! I got a sz 6 and it fits beautifully. I highly recommend anyone purchasing this ring.
Another great find for my aunt. My photo doesn't do it justice. Absolutely brilliant stones! All packaged carefully down to the tissue paper. I'll certainly return for more.
It doesn't look like the pictures online, and it actually hurts to wear it, because the edges are very rough. Sadly not what I was expecting.
