Rating I received the item and the chain was broken. I went ahead and gave it to my friend for Christmas. She chose not to have me return as the chain was not that great of quality and she had a chain that would work. I did like the pendent.

However, if you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase, we guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping fee if any) within a 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping fee. We inspect all items before they are shipped. Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and in natural stone colors are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the jewelry and should not be considered as defective.
Item that has been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded nor exchanged. Restocking fee may apply to those items which don't meet return policy.
