Rating This pendant is stunning and I've received several compliments on it. Unfortunately it slides very roughly on the attached chain which I find uncomfortable (thus the 4-star review). The pendant can't be removed from the chain without removing the clasp so I don't know if it would slide more easily on a different chain.

However, if you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase, we guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping fee if any) within a 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping fee. We inspect all items before they are shipped. Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and in natural stone colors are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the jewelry and should not be considered as defective.
Item that has been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded nor exchanged. Restocking fee may apply to those items which don't meet return policy.
