    A: Yes, we ship to APO/FPO via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. USPS Express Mail is NOT available to APO/FPO because it requires your signature.

    A: Your order will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. However, if we can't verify your shipping address or your billing address don't match with address your card issuing bank has on file, then your order may be delayed.   7. Q: Why is my card charged more than one time for one order?
    A: While it may appear that you've been charged more than one time for an order, the pending charges you noticed on your card are actually a pre-authorization hold, not an actual charge. A pre-authorization is a temporary hold to verify that funds are available when you place an order. Pre-authorization will occur every time you submit order.

    For example,
    If you enter wrong billing address at checkout, pre-authorization occurs on your card and we will decline transaction because we require billing address MUST match with address on your card issuing bank has on file. If you enter correct billing address on second attempt, 2nd pre-authorization occurs on your card and this time we will approve transaction. In result, you will see 2 pre-authorized amounts on your card. ONLY approved transaction will result in a charge. Declined transaction will NOT result in a charge.

    Pre-authorization can remain in your card account for 2 to 7 days, depending on your card issuing bank. After 2 to 7 days, pre-authorization hold will be removed automatically by your bank. You may wish to contact your bank to confirm the authorization and to check on its status.

  8. Q: Why is my credit card charged for an order that is cancelled or declined?
    A: If your order has been cancelled or declined, the pending amount that you've noticed is ONLY a pre-authorization hold, not an actual charge.     A: If order is shipped to New York state, you must pay 8.875% sales tax on your order. If order is shipped outside of New York state, there will be no sales tax.

Return & Exchange

  1. Q: What is your return policy?
    A: Our jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase, we guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a full refund (excluding shipping fee if any) within a 30-day of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping charges of the returning merchandise. International buyers will be responsible for all shipping fees, both ways, associated with exchange. Restocking fee may apply under certain condition.

    Item(s) that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded nor exchanged. We are confident that upon receipt of your order you will love our unique jewelry. We inspect all items for damages and quality before they are shipped. Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and in natural stone colors are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the jewelry and should not be considered as defective.

  2. Q: How do I return or exchange my order?
    A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping fee if any) within 30 days. Returning item(s) MUST be in original condition. Item(s) that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded nor exchanged. Please read the return instructions on the back of packling slip for details.

    Return Instructions
    * If item is defective or damaged, please call us at 1-888-925-7569 for Return Authorization. If item is in original condition, it is not necessary to call us.
    * Item must be returned in original condition and packaging. Repack the jewelry securely inside its jewelry box. Place the jewelry box in original padded shipping box or your own padded box. Item damaged during return shipping due to poor packing will not be accepted. Be sure to return the whole pair of earrings or whole matching ring set for refund/exchange. Restocking fee may apply under certain condition.
    * Fill out the return form on original packing slip and return it with items. If you do not have the original packing slip, please make sure to write your name, phone number, order information and if you prefer an exchange or refund for your return on a piece of paper. Return will be significantly delayed without accurate information.
    * To avoid unexpected shipping loss, please return with a tracking number and insure the merchandise properly. We are not responsible for package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided.
